MercerForce is Mercer’s Salesforce system, and Salesforce1 its mobile app. In the spring of 2017, as lead product designer at Cinomadic, Graham designed a user guide to the app for Mercer’s employees, adapted from one written by colleagues at Marsh: how to find your way around, organize the day, manage a pipeline, work together in Chatter and pull up sales dashboards on an iPad.
He set it in Mercer’s colors and its pattern of triangles, with photographs, screenshots placed into iPhones and an iPad, numbered callouts that match each step, and helpful tips. The guide came in two versions, and he also exported it as an HTML flipbook.
