Cut-out photograph

A photograph of Graham, smiling, cut out around his hair and his graying beard and set on squares of solid color: hot red, black, charcoal gray and white. One more version has no background at all, so the head can sit on anything.

Graham’s head, cut out of a photograph, smiling broadly, with dark swept-back hair and a full beard going gray at the chin, on a hot red square
