At EyeCue Lab, Graham designed the screens of Knox’s software platform for first responders, laid out for a tablet. It keeps track of a department’s Knox devices (Knox Boxes, MedVaults, Power Boxes and Key Secure units), the people who use them and the jurisdictions that share them.
The dashboard brings together device usage, actions and alerts, an activity log, the devices online and user logins. A map finds devices by type and jurisdiction, and each device has a page for its users, usage history, device and location info and notifications. Jurisdictions, from fire stations to a police department or a hospital, connect with an access code and share devices with each other. Alerts are built as a sentence (any Key Secure in Phoenix FD Station 1 has been offline longer than 4 hours) and go out by text, email or a daily digest.
